MEET THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Since 1977 Don has dedicated his career to residential real estate appraising. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University, he started working at First Federal of Michigan, at the time the 10th largest savings and loan institution in the country. Don quickly advanced through the ranks in the residential appraisal department and eventually started Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC in 1987.

Don contributes most of the company's success and growth over the past 24 years to his team's devotion, dedication and diligence in creating a quality appraisal product in a timely fashion. "Our team's loyalty and hard work has helped us to develop into one of the largest staff residential real estate appraisal companies in the nation. Our strong leadership team has enabled us to grow and service more areas year after year."

Over the years, Don has been a loyal contributor to local and national charities. He is always there to help those in need of assistance and financial support. Some of his favorite charities are: JARC, The Bear Hug Foundation, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, Red Cross, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Don splits his time between working in the Michigan and Florida offices. He and his wife Joan have been married for over 31 years and have beautiful twin daughters.

Brandon Boudreau is a State Certified Appraiser who has extensive residential appraisal and review experience, which includes over 11 years of appraising homes in both Arizona and Michigan. In addition, Brandon has handled estate valuations for twelve public administrators in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties. His executive level experience stems from managing a state wide appraisal firm and a real estate investment company.

Brandon is a delegate Member of The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council, associate member of the Appraisal Institute and participates in the Collateral Risk Network (CRN).

Brandon currently resides in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan with his wife and two sons. With his wide range of appraisal and executive management experience, he is positioning Metro-West as the premier appraisal firm in the nation.

Greg Stephens, SRA is a Certified General Appraiser whose 33 year career in the industry includes owning and managing a regional appraisal firm in Northern California for twenty-three years, ten years in financial institution valuation QC and governance, and USPAP subject matter expert.

Greg is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, teaches CE courses for the Appraisal Institute and is a frequent speaker at national conferences. His knowledge and experience will not only benefit the Metro-West family, but our client base as well.

Benjamin Schomer has a diverse background in client/broker development, partnerships, internal growth strategies, and eCommerce startups. Benjamin graduated from Michigan State University in 2002, with a Lymna Briggs honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He began his professional career while still in college, founding Cost Club Inc., an online gaming services company. After selling that business he became a Mortgage Banker at Atlantis Financial and eventually the office manager.

Benjamin then decided to focus on his core passion furnishing big partnerships and large scale business development, working for a venture funded start-up named Fididel Inc., as VP of Strategic Partnerships. This path has led Benjamin to Metro-West where his core functions are developing long lasting mutually beneficial partnerships, new investment channels and growth strategies. We are happy to have him aboard.

Jessica Dababneh graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration at the Walsh College of Business with an emphasis on Strategic Leadership. Jessica has been a professional in the banking field where she dedicated ten years, the past five years of which she spent in management role.

Jessica's deep background in management is a key contributor to her success as Assistant Vice President of West Coast Branch Operations.

Kristina Needham graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2009 with a BBA in Management, and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She began her career at Metro-West in 2004 as a member of our Accounting Department, and has worked in several departments over the years, making her a valuable asset to the company. She is currently the team leader of our Appraisal Processing Team.

Kristina resides in the Metro-Detroit area with her son. She loves being a part of the Metro-West family and is excited to continue her career at Metro-West.
