MEET THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Since 1977 Don has dedicated his career to residential real estate appraising.  After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University, he started working at First Federal of Michigan, at the time the 10th largest savings and loan institution in the country.  Don quickly advanced through the ranks in the residential appraisal department and eventually started Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC in 1987.

Don contributes most of the company's success and growth over the past 22 years to his team's devotion, dedication and diligence in creating a quality appraisal product in a timely fashion.  "Our team's loyalty and hard work has helped us to develop into one of the largest staff residential real estate appraisal companies in the nation.  Our strong leadership team has enabled us to grow and service more areas year after year."

Over the years, Don has been a loyal contributor to local and national charities.  He is always there to help those in need of assistance and financial support.  Some of his favorite charities are: JARC, The Bear Hug Foundation, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, Red Cross, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Don splits his time between working in the Michigan and Florida offices.  He and his wife Joan have been married for over 30 years and have twin daughters.

Brandon Boudreau is a State Certified Apprasier who has extensive residential appraisal and review experience which includes over 11 years of appraising homes in both Arizona and Michigan. He is an expert in REO and FHA appraisal assignments. In addition, Brandon has handled estate valuations for twelve public administrators in Oakland, Wayne and Macomb Counties. 

Brandon was brought up in the real estate industry as his father is a real estate broker and licensed builder with 45 years of experience and his mother is a retired real estate broker. His executive level experience stems from managing a state wide appraisal firm and a real estate investment company.

Brandon currently resides in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan with his wife and son. With his wide range of appraisal and executive management experience, he is an excellent addition to our appraisal family.

Kelly McClain began her real estate career with Metro-West Appraisal in March of 1991.  Within a year she received her Real Estate License and currently holds an Associate Broker Real Estate License.  She also has an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation.  She is a member of the local real estate board in Michigan.

Currently Kelly is active in her role as Vice President of Client Relations.  Acting as a liaison between lenders and the appraisal company she uses her 18 years of skills to ensure our appraisal product is sent out in a timely manner.  She continues to take continuing education classes each year and also attends informative seminars put on by the Appraisal Institute and FHA.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.  She is excited to see the growth and direction the company has taken over the last 22 years.   She is currently working on opening our next regional branch office.  Look for details on our website.

Andrew McInnes graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business.  He has been employed with Metro-West Appraisal for over 17 years.  He was an active leader in training and overseeing all of our appraisers within our Michigan offices in the 1990's.  During that time he also ran our New Construction Department.  For over 10 years, he has held our Senior Staff Appraiser position.  Andy also completed the 2008 Worldwide ERC Relocation Appraisal Training Program. 

Andrew works from the corporate as a staff appraiser and is available to answer questions.  He currently resides in Royal Oak, Michigan and is proud to be a Metro-West employee.

Charles Gress joined the Metro-West family in 1995.  He became a State Licensed Appraiser in 1998.  Soon after, he was promoted to Branch Manager of our Grand Blanc, Michigan office where he remained for the next 7 years, spending the majority of his time educating incoming appraisers on valuation principles and methodology.  By 2004, he was the first Metro-West Appraiser to receive his Veterans Affairs (VA) approval.

Charles was offered an opportunity to open and manage the Orlando, Florida branch office in 2007 where he subsequently obtained his State Certification and further honed his management acumen.  During the summer of 2009, Charles was offered an opportunity to become the Vice President of Quality Control.  After accepting the position, he and his family relocated to Michigan where Charles began operating from the company's Northville, Michigan home office.  Specializing in internal review and procedural protocol enforcement, Charles has been integral in an effort to improve product consistency while increasing productivity.  Charles has also been instrumental in the development of our Collateral Risk Analysis and Reconciliation Divisions; providing singular tolerance assumptions derived from multiple value conclusions.

Charles is available to clients and personnel alike, being driven to meet or exceed all predetermined expectations.

Michael Jaksim graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  He is a State Certified Appraiser who has been employed at Metro-West Appraisal for 15 years.  His background includes extensive experience in relocation, FHA, REO, vacant land, multi-family, single family, and condominium appraisals.  He also holds a Real Estate License and actively sells and lists properties in his spare time.  Michael recently completed the 2008 Worldwide ERC Relocation Appraisal Training Program.

Michael has dedicated his life to real estate and real estate appraisal.  He resides in Michigan with his wife and two children.
