Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC is pleased to announce the opening of our newest branch office located in Orlando, Florida. The Orlando office will be our fourth national office. Our first office in Florida was opened in 2003. Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC has corporate headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan as well as another branch office in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC is one of the largest independent residential real estate appraisal companies in the United States.

Charles Gress, a ten-year veteran appraiser, will be managing the Orlando office. Prior to appraising in Florida, he was the Manager of our Grand Blanc, Michigan office for eight years. He is also an FHA and VA approved appraiser. “Service, turn around time and accuracy are my motto. These are the things that have allowed me to succeed in Michigan and that will also be the foundation of the new office in Orlando,” said Charles Gress. 

Vice-President of Operations, Amanda Brooks stated: “I’m very excited to have one of our top Managers accept the wonderful opportunity to operate our new Orlando office. I am very confident that his strong work ethic and past experience will allow him to grow this office into a very successful business just like he did in our Grand Blanc branch.” 

President and Owner Donald Rousseau founded Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC in 1987. With this expansion of a new Orlando office we anticipate an even brighter future. “We have outgrown our current space in Tampa and are very excited to be opening up this new office to service Orlando and its surrounding areas.
