Joke of the Month

As a senior citizen was driving down the freeway, his car phone
rang.
Answering, he heard his wife’s voice urgently warning him, “Herman,
I just heard on the news that there’s a car going the wrong way on
Interstate 280. Please be careful!”
“Hell,” said Herman, “it’s not just one car, it’s hundreds of them!”

Funny Stories from Appraisers
It was the first inspection of the day,
around 8:30 or so. The young lady let me in, and asked if I wanted
some coffee. I politely refused the offer and thanked her. The
homeowner said to go ahead and do whatever I needed to do, and she
would be in the kitchen if I had any questions.
At about this time a little boy, around two years old or so, came
walking down the hallway, wearing p.j's, with his head down. He got up to me
and immediately wrapped his arms around my knees, Isn't that cute I
thought. The toddler looked up at me with his sleepy smile, which
immediately turned to abject horror...I can imagine what he might
have thought.. What's happened to my Daddy, where's his hair, what
happened to his youthful countenance, yikes I'm getting out of here.
His screams of panic brought his Mother from the kitchen. I
explained the situation, she gave me a little smile as she tried to
calm her son. I completed the inspection and left. These sort of
traumatic events can cause nightmares for sure, but when they do I
just get up, have a glass of water and go back to sleep...
